QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Sl. No.1: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University/Institute. The candidate should have adequate exposure in a large-scale engineering company preferably in Wagon Industry. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Sl. No.2: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering from reputed University/Institute. The candidate should have experience in the field of Maintenance work. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Sl. No.3: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University/Institute. Experience in mechanical inspection of foundry product as per R.D.S.O norms. The candidate should have the knowledge of all types of wagon inspection. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Sl. No.4: Graduate/Diploma in Metallurgy or Graduate in Chemistry with Hons from reputed University/Institute. Experience in chemical analysis, physical testing to fulfill the requirement of R.D.S.O norms of metallurgy wing. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Sl. No.5: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in purchase of steel, components of wagon, electrode, gases and sub-contracting, preparation of purchase order and allied works. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Sl.No.6: PG Degree (minimum 2 years course) in Personnel Management/HR/Social Work (Labour Welfare). Degree in Law is desirable. The candidate should have adequate exposure in a large organization (preferably engineering company) and should be able to independently handle all matters relating to Personnel, IR, Administration, and Legal.

Sl.No.7: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc & PGDCA from recognized institute/CA/AICWA/MBA or any equivalent with IT Exposure. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing industry having knowledge of BaaN ERP system preferably for all modules. Knowledge of Oracle Database, Networking Concept, Unix & Windows 2003 Operating System, Cobol Programming is preferable.

Sl. No.8: CA/AICWA. The candidate should be well conversant with the modern accounting techniques and fund management, Commercial Tax, Internal Audit, MIS, Commercial negotiations. Experience in BaaN ERP platform required.

Sl.No.9: CA/AICWA. The candidate should have adequate exposure as HOD in a large organization (preferably an engineering company) and should be able to independently handle all matters relating to finance and accounts. Experience in BaaN ERP platform required

Sl.No.10: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University/Institute. The candidate should have adequate exposure in marketing & commercial functions in respect of Wagons (both for Indigenous & Export) and Structural Fabrication. Computer Application knowledge is desirable.

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University/Institute. The candidate should have experience in commercial functions in respect of Wagons (for Rly.Orders). Computer Application knowledge is desirable.


Sl.No.11: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed University/Institute. The candidate should have adequate exposure in a large organization (preferably an engineering company) and should be able to independently handle all matters relating to maintenance work.

Sl.No.12: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University/Institute.. The candidate should have adequate exposure as HOD in a large-scale engineering company preferably in Wagon Industry and should be able to independently handle the affairs of the Department/Unit.

Sl.No.13: Graduate degree in Science/Commerce/Arts from recognized University or its equivalent. The candidate should have knowledge of BaaN ERP, SCO UNIX, COBOL Programming, Accounting, and Stores Maintenance etc. Knowledge of computer hardware and graphics will get extra advantage.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Maximum age limit will be 42 years for Sr.Manager, 38 years for Manager / Dy. Manager, 35 years for Asstt. Manager, 32 years for Engineer/ Officer; relaxable by not more than 2 years in appropriate cases. Reservation/ relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-serviceman will be applicable as per GOI rules. 

2. Deputation from PSU/Govt. will be allowed in deserving cases. Those working in Govt / Semi Govt./ Public Sector/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of interview. 

3. Age and experience are relaxable for internal and exceptionally deserving candidates.
